Customer Relationship Analyst

Celadon, one of Indiana's fastest growing companies, is looking for Customer Relationship Analysts in its Customer Service division to work with its Fortune 500 client-base. Ideal Customer Relationship Analysts are excellent communicators, proactive, analytical, solution-focused, and able to juggle many projects and customers. The best CRAs take customer service personally; are able to develop long-term, positive relationships; and focus on what is mutually beneficial for Celadon and its clients. Each CRA manages a $7-10 million book of business, which requires a knack for balancing customer expectations with company profitability. CRAs must be very detail-oriented and committed to going above and beyond to shine for customers.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage positive relationships with Celadon's customer base
Analyze customer supply chains to promote cost effectiveness and isolate inefficiencies
Grow individual customer portfolios by promoting business-to-business sales and educating customers on Celadon's vast service offerings
Seek customer feedback and develop action plans for improvement
Proactively communicate with customers and manage their expectations
Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues to maintain/improve customer satisfaction
Collaborate with company departments including Driver Management, Accounting, Planning, Pricing, and Sales
Manage daily activities of their customers
Train and manage Junior Freight Analysts
Solicit additional freight and track freight volumes
Monitor scorecards and take action to implement improvements
Address billing issues
Seek feedback from customers
Build customer loads within the system and appoint loads based on proper utilization
Consult with planners to determine capacity and minimize service failures
Participate in ongoing training to improve and refine skills
Requirements:
Our Customer Relationship Analysts come from a variety of different backgrounds. Success does not hinge on a precise work history. The most successful candidates have experience working with the public, are strong communicators, are motivated to succeed, and are able to analyze multiple factors to formulate a decision.
Bachelor's degree
2
year of customer service, logistics, pricing, or supply chain management experience preferred
The ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
Computer skills and a working knowledge of North American and Latin American geography
Outstanding verbal/written communication and listening skills
Strong sense of resiliency and the ability to take risks
Creative-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong analytical skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
