LLC is an independent provider of family support services.
We are offer 24/7 service coverage and are known primarily for our mobility and communication.
WHAT WE DO We offer a variety of services, which currently includes Mobile Substance Abuse Screenings (Drug and Alcohol Testing), Transportation, Supervision of Visitations, Sitter Services, Behavioral Aide Services, and Counseling Services.
As a short breakdown:
SCREENING DIVISION This division is tasked with dispatching to and completing drug and alcohol screenings.
This is mostly completed on site in various field locations, including (but not limited to) client houses, places of employment, jails/prisons, courthouses, law offices, police stations, roadside, trailer parks, RV's, hospitals, and more.
You will be expected to contact the requesting party with your ETA (Estimated time of arrival) and drive your personal vehicle (Generally up to a 1 hour radius of travel) to a pre-determined location, where you will typically conduct a same or cross-gender supervised (yes we have to watch), on-site, instant result preliminary drug and/or alcohol screening.
This may be accomplished (dependent upon the situation) by collecting a sample of clients' urine (pee in a cup), saliva (mouth sponge), hair (cut with scissors from the scalp as close to the root as possible), nails (10 unpolished fingernails or toenails clipped by client while supervised) and blood (we do not draw blood, we do a blood spot collection, comparable to a diabetes prick blood drop test).
After this, the signed digital screening form is to be submitted via the company application program.
CASEWORK DIVISION This division is tasked with dispatching to and completing various services, which is typically comprised of a combination of Transportation (picking up children and/or adults and transporting them to various locations such as appointments, court cases, case meetings, visitations, etc) Supervised Visitations (Generally monitoring and observing interactions between clients, most often requiring detailed notes to be typed and submitted by the following day) Sitter Services (Basically babysitting, may be stationary in a foster home and/or facility, possibly suicide watch, or may include keeping client with us for day to day activities).
Basic Living Skills/Behavior Aide Services (Typically requires hands on and frequent interaction with client.
Ranges from assisting with stress management, comforting, and or de-escalation of frustration or emotional outbursts, to conversing and/or offering coping methods and teaching basic life skills such as the importance of being respectful or personal hygiene).
Some casework requires note-taking, and some does not.
You will receive guidance on this on a per case basis.
Counseling Division This division provides counseling services to children, adolescents, and families, in-home, and virtual (Telehealth).
We offer a variety of services, including Play Therapy, Individual and Family Counseling, Domestic Violence Assessments, Anger Assessments, Substance Abuse Assessments, and Parenting Assessments, and Classes for the aforementioned.

You can call for multiple services, this is called stacking your work.
Many do this to create full time employment or a full schedule You can go out of your area and you are not limited to how far you go, nor how much you can make in a pay period We reference our coverage radius by counties and currently cover over 40 counties with at least 20 consistently rotating monthly with service calls.

We do have consistent work, some have been here for over a year, some are full time and some are part time If you have previous case history with DHR, working here will typically be a no go due to not being able to pass your CA/N (Child abuse and neglect) Clearance/Background Check.

When information is exchanged, we expect you to respond, exchange, and interact.
Lack of communication here is one of the major issues that will prevent growth and efficiency from being achieved, and we try very hard to prevent that here.
That being said, be aware that being absent in Telegram for extended timeframes, not responding to tags, and not contributing via working, are 3 of the fastest ways to prompt a removal.
We move very quickly as we have a lot of work that needs to be fielded due to new growth.
This means if you are applying, we typically are expecting you to be available and ready to work within 3 days of your application date.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
