Maintenance and minor repair of plant equipment, power and utility distribution systems, and patient associated equipment.
Structure inspection daily, maintain and repair structural surfaces, doors, locks, floors, windows, masonry, furniture, departmental cabinet fixtures, walls, ceilings, roof, etc.
including performing PMs Plumbing:
Assist in repairing and replacing copper and steel pipe associated with hot and cold water and sewer distribution systems, sinks, lavatories, stools and tubs.
Cabinet making:
Assist in constructing and installing a multitude of types of wood composition cabinets, shelves, desks, counter tops, bulletin boards, back boards, etc.
Building and grounds:
Maintain the exterior of the buildings and campus (This includes snow removal, mowing, trimming, landscaping and other duties as assigned.
) Education REQUIRED:
High school Graduate or Diploma.
Experience REQUIRED:
On the job training in the related field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
