Ensure the smooth, accurate operation of internet sales orders; assist all areas to create high sales volume with a pleasant atmosphere, high employee morale, and good customer service.
REPORTABILITY:
Store Manager, Office Manager, and Head Internet Sales Manager.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
1.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of internet sales orders.
2.
Provides flow of communication for Internet Sales main office, buyers, and president.
3.
Pulls merchandise needed for out going store orders and orders for main office requests.
4.
Packages, labels and delivers shipments of all outgoing orders quickly and efficiently making sure that all merchandise is correct in style and size as well as neatly packaged.
5.
Acts as a runner for merchandise needed at main office for order processing.
ADDITIONAL STORE DUTIES:

Provides coverage and works in departments as instructed by management.
7.
Helps to ensure proper presentation of all merchandise; including but not limited to ticketing, signing, sizing, and organization.
8.
Works with the management team to prepare for in store contest and sales promotions.
9.
Works on total store visual fixtures, merchandise layout, and displays, as assigned.
10.
Assists in the preparation of inventory.
11.
Works as a trained Cashier or Sales associate, as assigned by Store Manager or Office Manager, when not filling orders.
12.
Promotes the opening of charge accounts, gift card purchase, and special events.
13.
Acts to prevent shoplifting and internal shrinkage.
