Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing quality patient care and support to our medical staff.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff, such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and preparing patients for examinations.
Organize and manage patient records and documentation.
Provide patient education and guidance on prescribed treatments and medication.
Assist with front office tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient check-ins.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of examination rooms and equipment.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.
Proven experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in EMR systems.
