Brief
Job Description:
Meets & greets all members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Communications in a clear and professional manner that assists members in playing the course.
Provides carts that are in excellent working condition to members by directing them to the daily staging area and returning them to the cart barn.
Ensure carts are properly clean, stored, restocked, and recharged.
Inspect carts and equipment to detect damage to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order; communicate damage and concerns to the Golf Pro on duty in a timely manner.
Coordinates with Pro Shop to maintain a consistent level of cart availability.
Assist members and their guests with golf bags, loading and unloading onto carts.
Properly cleans the clubs of members and guests.
Maintains a clean and organized cart work, including the work, storage and service areas.
Maintains good personal hygiene; reports to work wearing a clean, neat uniform that follows uniform standards.
Work with Assistant Golf Professional in setup of tournaments and outings.
Report guest complaints promptly to Golf Pro on duty.
Maintains the driving range, keeps den caddies stocked, and driving range neat and organized.
Other duties assigned by supervisor.
