High School diploma or equivalent Experience required:
Experience as a phlebotomist or in direct patient care for 6 months or longer or completion of a formal phlebotomy training program Licenses/Certificates required:
None but additional wage incentive is provided for nationally recognized certification in phlebotomy, PBT(ASCP), CPT(NPA), CPT(ASPT), or equivalent Quick Apply.
